For the bad experience part, yeah i had some bad experiences but i think the worst one was when I was going over the falls for the first time, its so crazy when you are used to hold downs but you ultimately get a hold down wich is three times as long as you are used to, now i kind of enjoy the ride most of the time but when it first happened i thought about quitting surfing for real 😅🏄🤙🌊

Surfers are seriously the biggest douche bags. Those Malibu guys are the worst. I grew up in “the hood” when I finally got out of school and started making my own money I thought I’d try surfing and thought going to the better neighborhoods of Los Angeles would suit me better, it absolutely didn’t. Some guy swam to me and told me posers don’t really surf around here. What a bunch of privileged assholes.

I was surfing in cornwall in this relatively empty beach. Some Ozzy dude is out as well and goes for the same wave as me. I pull out, but he purposefully comes up to bash me as he passes. Most bizarre thing I've ever had happen while surfing. He paddles back out to give me shit for paddling in on 'his' wave. I just say to him "dude... look around you. We're the only two here man. You could be an asshole anywhere else by yourself."
